TERMS & CONDITION FOR BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

All bookings require a credit/debit card to secure your booking. Providing incomplete or incorrect details will result in cancellation of your booking.

48 hours required for all cancellations.

Cancellations/reschedules are to be made via return reminder text, email or calling 0408787754 (text if unanswered).

No shows and late cancellations will be charged 50% of scheduled service fee to card provided.

Multiple no shows will result in you being unable to secure future appointments.

Appointments for acrylic nail refills will be charged at full set prices if it has been more than 4 weeks from your previous appointment.

Due to quality control purposes, we do not refill work from other salons (at our discretion). A full set will be required with removal of your previous set included.

For insurance purposes, children are not permitted in the salon unsupervised.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled, or an inability to apply your desired artwork. Payment in full of your scheduled service is required.

Preferred payment method – Cash, Internet Transfer, or PAYPAL (surcharge applies to PAYPAL payments). EFTPOS is currently NOT available.
THE TIME BOOKED IS RESERVED FOR YOU TO BE PAMPERED AND RELAX. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE WITH CANCELLATIONS AND INFORM US ASAP.
